Annual Reports and Beaver Crossing

ITE@OSU puts together wonderful events open for all OSU students to attend. At the end of each year, we create an annual report to summarize the accomplishments of each year. In addition to the annual report, ITE@OSU produces our own Beaver Crossing Newsletter to share with Friends of ITE@OSU. Both of these serve as a fantastic way for Friends of ITE@OSU to learn what our student chapter is up to. Our most recent Annual Reports and Newsletters are shared below.

Technical and Service Projects

Beyong our weekly events, attending conferences, and winning student competitions, ITE@OSU is proud to complete technical projects. Our student chapter is proud to have recieved Western District ITE’s Data Collection Project seven times, including for the past five years. With this project, we have completed five trip generation studies (with one currently ongoing) and one K-12 outreach event.

ITE@OSU also regularly collaborates with our local partners to assist with technical projects. A main partnership is with the City of Corvallis, where our student chapter has provided assistance two turning movement count studies (with an addition one ongoing) and one speed study.

These technical projects provide ITE@OSU members with fantastic hands on experience. Our members are experienced in transportation engineering, planning, operations, and much more. We have accessing to a variety of resources and technologies that allow us to perform high level technical analysis.
